The Building Community-Based Medical Homes for Children (BCMHP) Learning Session 1 was sponsored by the Illinois Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (ICAAP), the Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC), University of Illinois at Chicago, & the national American Academy of Pediatrics. The learning session was supported by grants from the Michael Reese Health Trust, the Chicago Community Trust, and the Maternal and Child Health Bureau.
Learning Session Overview
The learning session was attended by invited medical home quality improvement teams from all over Illinois. Speakers presented on a number of topics, with a keynote presentation by Dr. Jane Taylor entitled ”Model for Practice Improvement and Testing Change”.
Available on this site are videos of eight presentations, including a parent-provider discussion panel, and documents made available to attendees of the learning session.
