These presentations were part of the Illinois Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics’ Annual Conference.   The conference was held in Lisle, Illinois, June 4-5, 2010.  The session was videotaped on June 4, 2010.  The taping of the session is supported by a grant from the federal Maternal and Child Health Bureau.
