Join the Illinois Association for Infant Mental Health in cooperation with the UIC Child and Family Development Center for Mirror, Mirror: Reflective Practice Across Infant and Early Childhood Setting on October 25, 2013 from 9am-3:30pm at the UIC Forum. The conference is designed specifically for professionals in the fields of foster care, early intervention, early childcare, children’s mental health and any other setting that includes young children and their families. Brenda Jones Harden, Ph.D., an Associate Professor in the Department of Human Development at the University of Maryland College Park, will act as the keynote speaker, addressing what reflective practice looks like, how it can be useful for clinicians, and how it can benefit children and families.
