TEAM Community Open Forums

Share your perspective on what YOUR community can do to positively impact teen moms’ ability to raise developmentally healthy children.

TEAM (Tools to Empower Adolescent Moms) is a collaborative effort of key early childhood systems, community organizations, and the community at-large. TEAM promotes effective service delivery for adolescent moms and their children by increasing coordination of care and providing trauma-informed, people-safe places for service delivery.

Join like-hearted and like‐minded individuals: pediatricians, family physicians, other healthcare providers, early intervention service providers, therapists, home visitors, child care providers, community service representatives, parents (including teens), policymakers, and influential leaders. This is your opportunity to share your perspective on what your community can do to positively impact teen moms’ ability to raise developmentally healthy children!
