Illinois Vaccinates Against COVID-19
The goal of I-VAC is to ensure Illinoisans are being immunized against COVID-19 at every opportunity and healthcare providers are prepared to immunize all eligible age-groups. Participants will receive support in their own initiatives to expand COVID-19 vaccine administration into routine patient care workflows in primary care settings, hospital urgent care centers, and upon hospital discharge.
Pediatric health care providers play a significant role in helping to ensure children receive an annual flu and COVID-19 vaccine. Every patient visit is an opportunity to promote and strengthen trust in these vaccines. Please use these resources to help increase vaccination rates in your community.
Back to School Campaign
Parents/caregivers do so much to help their children get ready for school. This campaign reminds parents/caregivers about the importance of prioritizing well-visits and immunizations in their preparations for the upcoming school year.
Family Immunization Resources
Visiting parents and caregivers can explore helpful resources on adolescent mental health, immunizations, and more on our Family Immunizations Resources page. Pediatric professionals may also share out these resources to their patients and their families.
