While RSV is not new, we have seen large spikes in recent RSV seasons, resulting in overburdened pediatric hospital systems. This year there are new RSV prevention tools, which are a vaccine for older adults, and Nirsevimab (Beyfortus), a long-acting antibody treatment for babies and infants, in addition to Palivizumab (SYNAGIS). Make sure you know what options are available to your patients as we navigate this year’s RSV season.
